We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Flexible for occasional evenings, Saturdays, and regional travel

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexible schedule available)
  • Starting salary: $62,171
  • Relocation bonus available for eligible candidates
