Home Transition Team Member – Downsizing, Organizing, & Online Auctions
Caring Transitions of Tulsa

Do you enjoy organizing, staying active, helping people, or working with a supportive team instead of sitting behind a desk all day?

Caring Transitions of Tulsa helps seniors and families during major life transitions such as downsizing, moving, estate sales, online auctions, and home clear outs. Every project is different, and our team helps families through what can often be an overwhelming time.

We are looking for dependable, positive team members who enjoy hands-on work, variety, and helping others.

Team members help uncover unique items, prepare treasures for online auctions, organize homes, assist with packing and resettling, and help complete estate clear-outs.

No experience is required — we will train the right person.

Pay: Starting at $17/hour
Schedule: Part-time, flexible daytime hours
No nights required

Typical Responsibilities
  • Sort, organize, and pack household items

  • Pack and unpack items with care

  • Prepare homes for moves or sale

  • Organize items for donation, auction, shipping, or disposal

  • Photograph and prepare items for online auctions

  • Assist with home clear outs and clean outs

  • Move boxes, décor, and light furniture within the home

  • Help resettle clients into their new homes

What We’re Looking For
  • Honest, dependable, and positive attitude

  • Comfortable working as part of a team

  • Compassionate and respectful with clients

  • Comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, and standing

  • Comfortable occasionally working in dusty, cluttered, or dirty environments

  • Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication

Availability

Most projects take place Monday–Friday between approximately 9 AM and 3 PM, with some flexibility based on client schedules.
