A luxury hotel in Charleston, SC is looking for a great Beverage Manager to add to their team!
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, or high-volume bar environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in beverage operations, bar management, or hospitality management preferred.
  • Prior bartending experience required.
  • WSET or Sommelier Certified highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, classic cocktails, zero-proof beverages, beverage costing, inventory management, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the hotel's beverage program, including purchasing, inventory management, par levels, and vendor relationships.
  • Continuously evaluate new products and adjust beverage offerings to align with seasonal menus, guest preferences, and market trends.
  • Maintain exceptional standards for beverage quality, presentation, and execution to enhance the overall guest experience.
