Standard Job Description Work location: Orlando, FL or Dallas, TX You will be the Program Management Sr Manager for the ATACMS Program Management team. Our team is responsible for conversion of ATACMS to DCS, offshore relocation, and program governance. What You Will Be Doing DCS Conversion Strategy & Market Entry: Develop and execute a roadmap to transition ATACMS from FMS to DCS, including market analysis, pricing, and customer engagement.

ExportControl Licensing: Lead preparation, submission, and coordination of DSP5 marketinglicense applications with the U.S. State Department; ensure full ITAR/EAR compliance. Stakeholder Interface: Work with the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition & Sustainment) and State Department to resolve licensing or exportcontrol issues

Contract Framework: Define DCS contract structures, warranty terms, and support agreements Production Offshoring Relocation Planning: Plan and manage the transfer of the ATACMS production line from U.S. sites to the European JV location. Tooling & Documentation Transfer: Oversee migration of existing tooling, inspection equipment, and process documentation; create a detailed toolingmigration schedule and riskmitigation plan

New Tooling Procurement: Identify, acquire, and qualify additional tooling needed for European production while meeting legacydesign compatibility and cost targets. CrossFunctional Leadership: Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to execute the offshoring effort. Program Governance & Reporting Integrated Management: Maintain an integrated schedule, budget, and risk register; provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Manage ongoing relationships with external partners, suppliers, and government agencies throughout the conversion and offshoring lifecycle. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications Program Management - Minimum 10+years of experience leading large, complex aerospace/defense programs, preferably with FMS to DCS conversion experience.

Export Control & Licensing - Direct experience preparing and managing DSP5 (or equivalent) applications; deep knowledge of ITAR/EAR and U.S. export regulations. Manufacturing & Tooling Transfer - Proven track record in relocating production lines, managing tooling migration, and establishing new manufacturing facilities abroad

JointVenture/International Collaboration - Experience working with foreign partners, jointventure structures, and crosscultural teams. Leadership & Communication - Strong influence skills, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives and government officials. Budget & Schedule Control - Demonstrated ability to manage multiyear budgets >$200M and complex schedules with critical path management.

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance to be considered Desired Skills Strategic thinker with a handson, resultsoriented approach. Comfortable operating in highvisibility, politically sensitive environments. Excellent negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $228100.00 - $423700.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$205300.00 - $381300.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$182500.00 - $338900.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
