Compensation based on experience. INITIAL TOTAL compensation in the On Deck GM role is estimated to be $80-100k+ annually base and bonus combined. Cmpensation will increase when assuming a permanent GM role.Harry's and our sister brands (Casa Reina and Whitey's Fish Camp) have location in Lakeland, Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Jacksonville area, and St. Augustine.
