Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Commercial Concrete

We’re targeting top concrete Project Managers in your market who have experience with tilt-up, structural, or large-scale commercial concrete—and offering an opportunity to step into a high-impact role in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This position is based in Knoxville, TN.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing large-scale commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through completion. You’ll coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across schedule, budget, and quality.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working for a concrete subcontractor managing large commercial concrete projects is required.

Relevant experience includes:

  • Tilt-up construction
  • Structural concrete
  • Mass concrete

Experience on complex projects such as healthcare, data centers, or large-scale industrial builds is highly valued.

Not relevant:

  • Paving
  • Sidewalks
  • Small-scale or residential concrete work

Leveling

Project Manager: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience (or equivalent combination)
Senior Project Manager: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience (or equivalent combination)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting around $100K+ for Project Managers and $130K+ for Senior Project Managers, depending on experience.

Additional compensation and benefits include profit sharing, 401(k), vehicle allowance, relocation assistance, comprehensive medical coverage, and more.
