Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Project Manager who can oversee their own projects from the initial consultation through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction sales and project execution, with at least 5 years of verifiable experience.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys both the sales side and managing client satisfaction throughout the build. All leads are company-generated — no cold calling or self-sourcing required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company to assess project goals and develop proposals.
  • Prepare and present detailed project estimates and contracts.
  • Coordinate with our in-house design and construction teams to ensure project delivery meets expectations.
  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact during construction.
  • Oversee daily project progress, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, condo association requirements, and site logistics (especially for high-rise work).
  • Maintain CRM updates, documentation, and client communication records.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in residential construction sales and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen, bath, and full-home renovation scopes.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and trade drawings.
  • Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple active projects.
  • Familiarity with high-rise construction logistics preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
