Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and expand key commercial relationships for Kaleris' Inland Solutions, focusing on Yard Management, Rail Management, and Truck Management software.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business with target customers in the Americas, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Serve as the trusted strategic advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions to fit specific operational requirements.
  • Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations that articulate Kaleris' value for yard, rail, and truck operations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to maximize value for both customers and Kaleris.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure successful solution implementation and ongoing client success.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast quarterly and annual results.
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform product development and innovation for logistics and supply chain customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in logistics technology, supply chain digital transformation, and supply chain execution.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven sales or account management experience with logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related software solutions.
  • A deep understanding of the Inland supply chain ecosystem is required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex commercial accounts, selling business value and business outcomes to C-Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level clients.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to travel within the Americas as required (up to 50%).
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based supply chain solutions.
