Hulcher Services is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with some of the largest railroad, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure customers across the East Coast.


This is a high-impact role for an accomplished sales professional who excels at developing executive-level relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and growing multi-service national accounts.

As a National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our relationships with major customers while driving profitable growth across multiple service lines.


What You'll Do

You'll serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned national accounts while identifying opportunities to expand Hulcher's services across the East Coast.


Responsibilities include

  • Develop and grow relationships with executive decision-makers and key stakeholders within assigned national accounts.
  • Increase revenue by expanding existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for additional service lines.
  • Prospect and develop new strategic accounts throughout the East Coast.
  • Create and execute account growth strategies that deliver long-term customer value and profitable revenue.
  • Conduct executive-level sales presentations and solution-based discussions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, Marketing, and Business Development teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed account plans, forecasts, and customer activity within CRM.
  • Mentor and support Business Development Managers and other sales professionals as needed.
  • Represent Hulcher Services at customer meetings, industry events, and trade associations.
