  • Brand & Experience Quality: Ensure national events consistently meet R365’s brand and experience standards; manage relationships with branded merchandise and gifting partners to secure materials for national programs; maintain consistency across signage, creative elements, messaging, and customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practices for national event planning and execution; track event performance, budget adherence, ROI, and attendee feedback; deliver concise post-event reports with insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate ongoing relationships with key vendors, venues, production partners, and service providers beyond national programs to ensure reliability, quality, and favorable terms; evaluate vendor performance and negotiate improvements where needed; travel as required to oversee onsite operations for major national events and vendor engagements.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 6–8+ years leading large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows; B2B or SaaS preferred.
  • Demonstrated success executing multi-day, high-visibility events with executive exposure.
  • Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation capabilities, including experience managing programs from $50K to $500K+.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
