Job Summary:
  • Possesses advanced skills in component and subsystem integration, data acquisition, data cleaning, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and measurement instrument operation.
  • Can independently set up and operate measurement instruments, perform calibrations, and develop comprehensive test plans for complex systems, including risk assessments and resource allocation.
Testing
  • Can independently set up and operate measurement instruments, perform calibrations, and develop comprehensive test plans for complex systems, including risk assessments and resource allocation.
Communications

Systems Engineering
  • Can develop program plans, understand acquisition life cycles, and coordinate activities.

Project Management

Requirements:
  • Four (4) to seven (7) years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Bachelor of Science required in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines from an accredited university. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
Preferences:
  • Rocket motor design and testing experience
  • Current DoD Top Secret SCI Security Clearance
  • Master of Science required in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines from an accredited university. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
