Job description

This position is the cornerstone of our Retirement Plan Services team's success. By driving business development, managing compliance, and building strong client relationships, you ensure that every employer-sponsored retirement plan we administer meets the highest standards of service and regulatory excellence. Your expertise helps clients achieve their retirement goals while strengthening our reputation for trust and reliability.

How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute marketing, sales, and retention strategies for retirement plan clients
  • Make proactive calls to prospective and current clients to identify needs and resolve service issues
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate on the development of Retirement Plan Services products and enhancements
  • Oversee compliance, investment reviews, reconciliations, and communications for assigned accounts
  • Provide consultative guidance on plan design, compliance, and retirement goals
  • Act as liaison between clients and third-party vendors
  • Review compliance testing and Form 5500 filings for accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, facilitating regular meetings and plan reviews
  • Conduct participant education sessions and create supporting materials
  • Communicate with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries from attorneys, consultants, and accountants
  • Serve on Wealth Management committees and contribute to special projects

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Professional credentials (or actively pursuing) such as CRSP, CRPP, QKA, QKC, CRPS, or CEBS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and retirement plan administration
  • Strong knowledge of retirement plan compliance, recordkeeping platforms, and investment principles
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and deliver consultative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and client presentations
  • High degree of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
