This Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Komline’s industrial marketing efforts. This role will own messaging, campaigns, and content targeting industrial businesses, consulting engineers, and manufacturer representatives, while translating Komline’s technical capabilities into clear, market-relevant value propositions.

This is a market-facing role that works closely with sales, channel partners, and engineering teams to drive demand, strengthen our position with consulting engineers, and improve effectiveness of our manufacturer representative network.

This is a full-time, in-person position located in our Washington, DC or Peapack, New Jersey office. Agencies and contractors will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Positioning

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for industrial market segments, including metals & mining, oil/gas/energy, and pulp & paper verticals and associated consulting engineers and channel partners

Define messaging, positioning, and value proposition for industrial solutions

Develop Commercial Insights relevant to industrial customers and engineering firms

Act as the voice of the market by engaging with customers, reps, and engineers

Monitor emerging trends and the competitive landscape to refine marketing strategy, positioning and messaging.

Campaign & Content Leadership

Lead development of targeted campaigns aligned to industrial market priorities

Create key content and sales enablement tools, e.g., brochures, website copy, presentations, case studies, application guides, etc.

Cross-functional Alignment

Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams

Ensure messaging reflects real capabilities and customer outcomes

Manage the budget for all integrated campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

5+ years of marketing experience in a business-to-business environment

Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign development, e.g., email, print, social and digital advertising, SEO/SEM

Portfolio of interactive campaigns, e.g., theme, design, content, and ROI

Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong communication, collaborative mindset, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Bonus. Experience with:

Marketing Tools: Salesforce, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Canva, Google/Bing/LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics

Industrial equipment or related industries

Cross-functional businesses, i.e., an organization with 10+ operating units

Challenger Sales Method, Commercial Insights generation

Channel marketing, i.e., marketing through indirect sales channels, manufacturer representative networks, distributors, or consulting engineering firms

Other:

Primary work location must be in a Komline office.

Ability to travel domestically averaging 25%.
