Precise Systems seeks a Property Manager to oversea the compliance of the Government Property Management System. The Property Manager ensures full lifecycle accountability, audit readiness, and system integrity across the organization. The Property Manager serves as the primary authority on Government Property and some company inventory matters, drives compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements, and leads continuous improvement of property processes and controls. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Procurement and interfaces with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.

Hybrid Work Disclaimer: This position may allow for hybrid work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.

Duties:

  • Serve as the accountable owner of the Government Property Management System
  • Ensure full compliance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARS, and all contractual property requirements
  • Participate in PMSA audits and Government reviews
  • Establish and maintain property policies, procedures, and system controls
  • Oversee property lifecycle activities including acquisition, tracking, inventory, utilization, and disposition
  • Establish controls and processes for tracking, safeguarding, and reporting company inventory to ensure accuracy, prevent loss, and support financial and operational objectives
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks and implement system improvements
  • Direct preparation and submission of all required property reports
  • Serve as primary liaison with Government Property Administrators and auditors
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on property compliance and risk
  • Prepare and provide training to functional departments and programs managers to ensure that they are adhering to the companyโ€™s Government Property policies,
  • Support proposal efforts and ensure accurate property requirements and costing
  • Analyze data to improve system performance and ensure record integrity

Required Education:

  • BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience or MS with 5+ years

Required Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of FAR PART 45, DFARS 245, and Government Property systems and tools including PIEE
  • Experience leading PMSA audits and maintaining a DCMA approved property management system
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience with A2B property management tool and Deltek Costpoint

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
