Job Description
Spear D Construction is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, communication, and overall performance to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, contracts, and subcontract agreements
  • Prepare and manage pay applications, billings, and change orders
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation including project logs, correspondence, and reports
  • Lead project meetings including pre-construction, scheduling, and progress updates
  • Ensure all closeout documentation (as-builts, test reports, etc.) is completed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and codes
  • Experience with contract review and subcontract writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with construction software such as Viewpoint and Hard Dollar preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

$90,000-$130,000 Annually
