Job Title: Project Manager / Project Coordinator
Pay range: $37 - 38.58/hr.
Duration: 18 months

Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid
Duties:
  • Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage programs supporting sales transformation priorities, including org redesign, headcount planning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders to track decisions, dependencies, and open items-ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Build and maintain executive-ready communications, decision logs, and program documentation
  • Support planning and execution of key operating rhythms (e.g., leadership reviews, planning cycles, cross-functional working sessions)
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and external partners (e.g., ZS Associates) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track execution across initiatives, proactively surfacing risks and mitigation plans
  • Support change management efforts tied to new go-to-market motions, coverage models, and sales programs
  • Develop program status updates and briefing materials for CSO and senior leadership audiences

Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or chief of staff functions
  • Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting executive-facing materials
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift
