Start your career before you graduate! Through the Korte Internship Program you will join our team of more than 200 construction and design professionals dedicated to learning, improvement and excellence. On our team, you'll be at the forefront of design and construction, gaining real-world experience and getting paid.

At our job sites and in our offices, we work as a team to deliver quality. Using an integrated Design-Build approach, we pave the way for every team member to contribute creative solutions. This means you will spend the summer working hand-in-hand with owners, subcontractors, designers, estimators and project managers for our nationwide construction projects.

We are looking for undergraduate and graduate students interested in becoming part of the brightest in the design and construction industry. Apply now if you are ambitious, quality-driven, and interested in gaining valuable professional, hands-on experience.

Project Management: learn and participate in fundamental construction project management deliverables including but not limited to:

  • Communication with internal project teams, subcontractors, and owners
  • Building and maintenance of project estimates, schedules, and procurement logs
  • Understanding of building systems, their components, and how to coordinate them between trades
  • Exposure to and use of construction technology software (e.g., project management platforms, scheduling tools, estimating software) to support project execution and collaboration

  • Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering, Architecture, Civil or other related Engineering field - including Business degree with a focus or interest in construction or project management
