As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will lead high-impact programs that advance business priorities and drive meaningful outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders, build high-performing teams, and create the structure, focus, and accountability needed to deliver complex initiatives successfully. You'll play a key role in shaping how work gets done while helping teams grow, innovate, and achieve their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs that support key business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into clear execution plans, helping teams align priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of project management professionals through coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership.
  • Provide executive-level updates, recommendations, and insights that support informed decision-making and organizational success.
  • Establish governance, project plans, performance measures, and risk management practices that drive predictable execution.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, developing solutions that keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Strengthen project management capabilities by improving processes, tools, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results-focused execution across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including successful leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching teams while promoting accountability and professional growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches, or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and lead through change.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or another complex, highly regulated industry.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, Agile certification, or a related credential.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, operational improvement, or strategic business initiatives.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,900 - 213,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
