We're looking for a Manager, Project Management to lead a high-performing team in Addison while driving the successful delivery of complex, fast-paced experiential and event projects. This role blends hands-on project execution with team leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and guide the Project Management team to ensure all projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with global standards.
  • Act as both a leader and hands-on project manager, owning key programs from kickoff through execution and closeout.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure work orders are accurate, timelines are met, and project details are fully aligned.
  • Review and validate key project components including budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure final event costings are completed within 12 days post-event and invoices are accurate and timely.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Champion and uphold project management processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to refine best practices and elevate project delivery standards.
  • Participate in regular production and cross-functional meetings to align teams and drive efficiency.
  • Support estimating efforts and contribute to overall project financial health.

Build & Develop the Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance management.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure team readiness and long-term growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate team meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and strengthen cross-department communication.

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if you have:

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in experiential marketing, events, exhibits, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, logistics, and event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
