As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving development projects and programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives for our Drill Bits and Drilling & Completion Fluids Productlines. You will collaborate closely with Project Leader and Product Managers to ensure effective execution and cross-functional alignment across global teams.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Driving development projects and programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, cost, quality, and business objectives.
Partnering with Project Leaders and Product Managers to drive execution, coordination, and decision-making across functions.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, forecasts, and milestone tracking.
Monitoring financial performance, including forecasts, actuals, accruals, variances, capitalization activities, and implementing corrective actions.
Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues, including mitigation planning and escalation when required.
Facilitating governance processes, leading status updates, portfolio reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Driving stakeholder alignment through structured communication and effective collaboration across global and multicultural teams.
Contributing to continuous improvement of Project Management Office (PMO) processes, standards, and tools.

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited university.
Have proven experience in project or program management, ideally within product, software, or technology-driven environments.

Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
