The Manager, Marketing Project Management & Operations is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and operational management of strategic marketing initiatives across Hunter Fan Company. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Digital Marketing, this role serves as the primary project management lead for marketing programs, product launches, eCommerce initiatives, sales enablement projects, and cross-functional business priorities.

This position drives organizational alignment across Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, eCommerce, and external agency partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a proven track record leading cross-functional teams, improving operational processes, and translating business priorities into executable plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives from concept through completion.

  • Coordinate launch readiness activities across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support execution of key initiatives across retail, eCommerce, industrial, and channel marketing programs.

Marketing Operations & Workflow Management

  • Lead marketing project intake, prioritization, workflow management, and execution processes.
  • Establish and improve project management standards, workflows, governance, and operating procedures.
  • Create visibility into project status, resource allocation, priorities, and team workloads.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

Project Governance & Dossier Development

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project dossiers, project briefs, business cases, timelines, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Create executive-ready status reports, presentations, and project summaries for leadership review.
  • Maintain centralized project documentation and ensure teams have access to current project information.
  • Ensure project requirements, approvals, milestones, and deliverables are documented throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, eCommerce, and external agency partners.
  • Align stakeholders on project goals, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the departmental expert for project management and collaboration platforms, including Asana, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Develop and maintain project workflows, reporting dashboards, and governance processes within Asana.
  • Manage SharePoint documentation repositories and organizational project assets.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement across project teams.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Provide leadership with visibility into project status, risks, resource allocation, and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing, product launches, commercialization, agency management, eCommerce, or business operations preferred.
  • Experience mentoring, leading, or coordinating project teams preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.
