Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our team. This hybrid position that is based out of our Burlington, ON location and offers benefits from day one. The expected annual salary range for this role is $89000 - $112000 a year.

What you'll do: The Project Management Specialist, will proactively manage and coordinate the commercial aspects of basic to high value project orders containing standard, assembled-to-order and engineered-to-order equipment.

The Project Management Specialist will serve as a customer advocate while communicating with plants, field sales, and assigned customer base regarding the status of orders including maintaining production schedules and addressing logistical concerns to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of project commitments. As a Project Management Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of the electrical industry and gain insight into our business, preparing you for a successful career in Eaton. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide active support to project team with order management and maintenance Maintain the commercial integrity of assembled to order projects. This includes reviewing and understanding customer purchase order requirements, ensuring system data integrity, and maintaining financial control measures Manage multiple project orders and prioritize time and tasks effectively to serve Eaton's customers Maintain the scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders including accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, and logistical planning Communicate effectively with project managers, plants, credit, field sales, and other relevant internal departments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of project commitments Communicate directly with the assigned customer base regarding the status of orders, shipment schedule, invoicing etc.

Maintain company objectives throughout the order cycle while keeping logistical and financial harmony Adhere to the enablement of digital mindset and utilize the latest digital tools at our disposal, to make the above-mentioned responsibilities more automated and error free Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards Qualifications: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years' experience in an electrical distribution field, managing the commercial, transactional and technical facet of projects. Understanding of single line diagram and power distribution knowledge.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation provided. Must be able to work onsite in Burlington, ON location at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Professional Engineering Designation (P.eng). Skills: Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills Experience with O365 platform, SharePoint and Power Automate Demonstrated leadership experience All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process
