SUMMARY OF DUTIES
This position is responsible for complex, advanced project management and the management of a team
of Project Managers / Engineers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Leads, coordinates and develops a team of Project Managers / Engineers.
2. Leads and monitors the multidisciplinary project team assigned to project(s).
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project & program management principles.
4. Manages a portfolio of projects through the support of various project leads and assists and develops delivery schedule improvement opportunities.
5. Develops a prioritisation matrix ensuing the right projects at the right time are being executed.
6. Facilitate decision making within the Project Management team under tight deadlines.
7. Assists with the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
8. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
9. Ensures resource availability and allocation.
10. Develops a detailed project / program plan to monitor and track progress.
11. Manages and reports changes to project scope, schedule and costs to stakeholders.
12. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and resources
13. Manages relations with clients and stakeholders.
14. Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
15. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors.
16. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
17. Performs other duties and tasks as required.

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Seven years of technical project management experience.
• Ability to train others on processes, systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with others effectively to analyze problems and implement solutions.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems. • Demonstrated time management skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Demonstrated computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Oracle ERP system.
• Knowledge of MDR requirements
