  • Through cross-functional collaboration, contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes, control design, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR SoQM office to develop practical guidance, learning resources, and tools that help HR stakeholders understand and carry out their quality management responsibilities.
  • Support recurring governance, reporting, and operational activities that enable Audit HR's quality management program, including the SoQM KPI program, quarterly exit interview reporting and GPS Action Plan updates.
  • Monitor and track the implementation of recommendations, ensuring timely and appropriate remediation actions are taken.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and improve quality management practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a practical and straightforward way.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
