Job description

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager. Program Requirements: * The Program Manager must have a bachelor's degree in a technical, business, public administration or Records Information Management related discipline. * The individual must have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a Federal environment.

This must include directing, managing, and coordinating resources and staff across multiple task orders/projects and locations. * The Program Manager must have demonstrated knowledge of contracts analysis, contract compliance, document processing, information management, and records management. * The Program Manager must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with Federal CORs and ensure timely response for all communications and deliverables across all task orders.

Professional certification in Records Information Management or Project Management should be noted. Position is located in Bethesda, MD.
