We're Hiring!

Family Services is seeking aย Program Manager, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to leadย the development, implementation, and oversight of programming within the Children's Services Division. This role provides leadership for service delivery, staff supervision, program planning, quality assurance, community collaboration, and reporting. The Program Manager helps ensure services are delivered in alignment with agency policies, procedures, accreditation standards, grant requirements, and Family Services core values.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Education: Master's degree in human services or related field

Minimum Experience: 5+ years' experience working in a child abuse or neglect prevention home visiting program. 3+ years' experience supervising child abuse or neglect prevention home visiting program.

Preferred Experience: 3-5+ years' experience working in (or with) child abuse or neglect home visiting/prevention programming. 3-5+ years' experience supervising child abuse or neglect prevention home visiting/prevention programming.

1-3 years' experience in managing multiple funding streams, program development, fluid writing skills for reports and funding opportunities, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory and counseling/coaching skills
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License, with reliable personal vehicle for transporting persons served. Maintain required auto insurance and acceptable driving record requirements.
  • Experience with client services which embraces family support concepts and demonstratesย anย attitude that is accepting, non-judgmental, and culturally competent.
  • Successfully work with people of all ages, including infants and young children and their parents.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population in ways that are culturally competent, non-judgmental, supportive, and empowering.
  • Respect for families of diverse socio-economic status, race, ethnicity and ability to engage them in dialogue regarding personal issues.
  • Ability to work and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Knowledge of community resources and capacity to maintain strong working relationships with collaborating agencies.
  • Knowledge of child abuse and neglect prevention, maternal child health and child development.
  • Strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
  • Home visiting experience and strong background with 0-5 population.
  • Ability to assume authority in a constructive and positive manner and in the context of team management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to clearly express ideas and material in both written and verbal forms.
