Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$30.27 - $40.86 / hour

Summary

Responsible for managing a culture of compliance in alignment with the NIAHO standards, ISO clauses and CMS regulations within the assigned outpatient locations &/or acute care facility. The position includes developing a partnership with the Dyads and Directors by managing compliance with regulatory requirements in conjunction with assigned facilitys objectives and goals. The primary responsibilities inherent within this role include: Consultant with the administration, departmental leaders and employees on regulatory standards; Management of a continuous state regulatory readiness; Serves as a content expert on NIAHO standards, ISO clauses or working knowledge of quality and regulatory standards.
