What you'll do

In a few words

As a Client Success Manager, you will work strategically with the team to best serve our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with leadership both internally and externally. You will use your expertise to support the growth of our business by assisting with the renewal and retention of our clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Current Clients
    • Work strategically with the team (including client success management, clinical, and data analytics) for client satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Act as contact via telephone and email for the client to resolve any questions/issues on an ongoing basis.
    • Collaborating with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development.
    • Assist with the execution of the client communication plan.
    • Coordinate aspects of client review meetings including document preparation and reporting
    • Coordinate and participate in client meetings such as implementation calls, open enrollment events, vendor/benefit fairs, etc.
    • Work directly with Client Success Executive on reporting and analysis of claims data to identify drug trends, financial performance, and client cost-saving opportunities.
    • Be proficient in CRM and all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication.
    • Adjust plan parameters as directed by the client/broker.
    • Provide reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA
    • Expert knowledge and understanding of TS proprietary programs
    • Prepare and provide reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA
    • ID Cards - when required, log, print, and mail ID cards.
  • New Client Enrollment
    • Ensure CRM data input is accurate and complete.
    • Prepare client support documents as needed.
    • Execute the onboarding process involving the client, broker, TPA and data vendor.
    • Participate in introductory/enrollment meetings with employees.
    • ID Cards - when required, log, print, and mail ID cards
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Client Success Executive
