This role is based in Nashville, TN. This role will require relocation to Nashville, TN if you do not reside in the region.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is continuing its rapid expansion across parts of North America, delivering next-generation cloud infrastructure to support enterprise and AI-driven workloads. As our cloud footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Lead Principal Technical Program Manager to drive complex Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) and Server Operations programs across parts of North America.
This Lead Principal TPM will provide strategic and operational program leadership for a rapidly growing regional organization, with responsibility spanning Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, break-fix support, and automation across Oracle's cloud infrastructure.
The successful candidate will establish scalable program mechanisms that enable rapid regional expansion while maintaining operational excellence, customer service, workforce effectiveness, and technical rigor. This leader will partner across engineering and operations teams, standardize execution across multiple sites, and drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, process engineering, and data-driven program management.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong program leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale infrastructure, cloud operations, and automation programs through periods of rapid growth and transformation. This leader will be responsible for scaling Cloud Hardware Support and Server Operations execution across parts of North America while ensuring the organization remains operationally efficient, customer-focused, and ready to support Oracle's continued cloud expansion.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Provide program leadership for Cloud Hardware Support and Server Operations initiatives across parts of North America, including Build & Deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, break-fix operations, and operational automation.
  • Develop and execute scalable program frameworks capable of supporting continued hyperscale growth across multiple sites and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead complex, geographically distributed programs that improve operational performance, safety, security, availability, and service quality across Oracle's cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive operational excellence by standardizing deployment methodologies, improving service delivery, strengthening program governance, and implementing best practices across regional operations.
  • Champion the use of AI, automation, scripting, process engineering, and data-driven decision making to improve productivity, increase operational efficiency, and reduce the dependency between infrastructure growth and manual effort.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Networking, Software Development, Product, Supply Chain, Data Center Engineering, and other cross-functional organizations to ensure successful delivery of new cloud regions and ongoing operational excellence.
  • Ensure customer commitments and operational service levels are consistently achieved while proactively managing program risk, dependencies, and execution gaps.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Senior technical program management experience within hyperscale cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, hardware support, data center operations, software development, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Proven experience driving large, geographically distributed programs across multiple teams, sites, and operational functions.
  • Demonstrated success scaling operational systems, program mechanisms, and execution models within rapidly growing cloud or technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscale data center operations, distributed systems, infrastructure deployment, hardware lifecycle management, networking, storage, compute, and operational support.
  • Proven track record of driving operational transformation through AI, automation, intelligent tooling, scripting, process engineering, and scalable program models.
  • Experience leveraging emerging AI capabilities, operational analytics, Jira, Confluence, and related program tooling to improve workforce productivity, operational performance, and service quality.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence senior stakeholders across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business organizations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
