General Summary:This role serves as a value steward within the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring enterprise strategy is translated into measurable, outcome-based value delivery through assigned Value Streams (VS). This position has a primary focus on helping manage the strategic transformation and investment portfolio of Value Stream change initiatives. This position will act as an embedded partner to Value Stream leadership, finance, and other stakeholders, to provide consultative support as Value Streams translate business outcome targets into actionable value levers and associated initiatives, ensure measurement along the way, and enable data-based funding decisions.
There is flexibility in the opening, and we are evaluating individuals with different experience levels.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure Strategic Program Management processes are supported by VS teams, maintaining alignment of overall Value Stream program to strategic priorities, and facilitating effective decision making
  • For assigned value stream, partner with VS and other relevant stakeholders to enable the development and ongoing stewardship, including consultative support on the development baselining data, sizing opportunity, developing balanced scorecards, including leading and lagging indicators, to facilitate progress insights and prioritization
  • For assigned value streams, analyze portfolios on an ongoing basis and provide recommendations to ensure work aligns with strategic goals of business, through support and facilitation of established governance forums
  • Gather inputs, analyze data, and synthesize recommendations that support TAO leadership in the development value stewardship frameworks and processes
  • Coordinate inputs and support the development of deliverables to prepare for TAO owner governance forums as needed
  • May play a supporting role in defining and synthesizing metrics regarding the performance of the portfolio from both a business and IT delivery perspective
  • Foster close partnerships with key partners to identify issues requiring collaboration/resolution/escalation
  • Support strategic insights and other business analysis to support effective decision making across TAO as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, finance and/or strategic consulting firm experience a plus
  • 6-8 years' experience in strategy, program management, transformation, or finance; strong business acumen critical to success
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data and research into strategic insights and practical recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate and build credibility across multiple lines of business functions regardless of reporting relationship
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with experience in partnering with business stakeholders
  • Bias for action, ability to deal with ambiguity, and natural perseverance to overcome obstacles and deliver outcomes when leading change
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as to effectively partner and influence others without formal authority
  • Ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Demonstrated presentation skills

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.

$75,500.00-$142,700.00
