Job description

We are seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to join the C-130J India Campaign team. The successful candidate will perform as a critical member of the program management office and lead a significant industrialization project for the C-130J. In this role, you will operate within a team environment to develop a winning solution in a competitive environment.

You will work with a sense of urgency, a bias to action, and a passion for the C-130J to remain the dominant tactical airlifter of choice for current and future operators. You will collaborate with leadership, engineering, operations, sustainment, supply chain, business operations, other functions, and multiple suppliers to build and lead cross-functional product focused teams. You will drive these teams to develop and execute a robust plan meeting program cost, technical and schedule commitments.

International travel will be required.
