About this Role

The Practice Manager is the onsite operational leader for our Arlington, VA clinic, responsible for day-to-day operations, patient experience, team performance, staffing, facilities, and operational compliance. This highly visible, hands-on leader partners closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and Pinnacle shared services to ensure the practice runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional experience for patients and team members.

We are seeking a Practice Managerto join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Virginia in Arlington, VA. This is a full-time, salaried, onsite position with occasional support responsibilities for nearby clinic locations. Core operations occur Monday through Friday; however, the schedule may vary based on clinic and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, consistent workflows, and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Champion an exceptional patient experience, including oversight of patient concerns, escalations, and service recovery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop clinic team members; set clear expectations and foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Partner with Human Resources and operational leadership on staffing, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, employee relations, performance management, and team development.
  • Monitor key operational and patient-experience metrics, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that strengthen practice performance.
  • Oversee facilities, supplies, equipment, vendors, and the overall clinic environment to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-run practice.
  • Ensure compliance with Pinnacle policies, safety requirements, regulatory standards, and established operational procedures.
  • Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, and shared services teams to resolve issues, implement initiatives, and align local operations with network-wide standards.
  • Support responsible management of clinic resources and expenses and provide occasional operational support to nearby clinic locations as needed.
Position Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably within a medical practice, ambulatory care, fertility, women’s health, or multisite healthcare environment.
    • Demonstrated management experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of medical practice operations, patient scheduling, EMR systems, medical and insurance terminology, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
    • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally to nearby clinic locations as business needs require.
  • Annual Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 (Final offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
