Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. This position is reserved for those candidates who have either come through the Company ranks in the CSR, Delivery Driver or Assistant Manager position or have prior industry experience and are willing to work for a period of time with the Company until a position becomes available. The General Manager is a salaried position with the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus, based on store operating results. This position is the most demanding position in the store and requires availability across the lunch, evening and late night dayparts. The General Manager typically works five or six days a week, including weekend day and or evening shifts. This position may lead to franchise ownership for the right candidate.
