Compensation: $32–$36/hour
Commitment: Full-Time
Schedule: 10:30 AM–6:30 PM Monday-Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
Start Date: September 1

Position Overview
A family in Concord, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Nanny/House Manager to support their household and two children, ages 6 and 8, as they settle into a new home and the children begin at a new school this fall. The 6-year-old has a lung condition requiring some attentiveness to respiratory health, and the 8-year-old has ADHD; experience supporting children with these needs is preferred. This role blends childcare support with household management — helping keep daily routines, meal prep, errands, and family systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both children's schedules and household logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals and snacks for the children
  • Run errands as needed
  • Tidy up after morning routines (light pickup only — a separate cleaner handles deep cleaning)

  • Coordinate after-school activities, including karate and aftercare
  • Support the 6-year-old's respiratory health needs as directed by the family
  • Support the 8-year-old's routines and behavioral strategies related to ADHD
  • Maintain and update the family's Skylight calendar to keep schedules current
  • Establish and maintain household systems to support a smoothly run home
  • Support two children (ages 6 and 8) through the transition to a new school

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Nanny/House Manager required
  • Experience supporting children with respiratory conditions and/or ADHD strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing household systems/calendars
  • Comfortable coordinating after-school activities and transportation
  • Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
