Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Joanna Kierys Chlystek, State Farm Agent in Hinsdale IL is searching for a competitive insurance Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to cold and warm leads to introduce the agency and its insurance services
  • Identify potential customers by asking basic qualifying questions (coverage needs, current provider, renewal dates, interest level)
  • Generate and pass qualified leads to licensed insurance agents for quoting and closing
  • Schedule appointments or set call-backs for agents with interested prospects
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent daily outreach
  • Follow up with previous leads who showed interest but have not yet committed
  • Update and manage customer information, notes, and call outcomes in the CRM system
  • Use scripts and adapt messaging to effectively engage different types of customers
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets, lead generation goals, and appointment-setting quotas

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred (insurance experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance-based work
  • Able to follow scripts while speaking naturally and adapting to different customers
  • Ability to accurately update CRM records
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Goal-driven with ability to meet daily call and lead generation targets
  • Professional attitude with resilience in handling rejection
  • Ukrainian and/or Polish language preferred
