Job description

The Role:
We need a seasoned, PMP-certified IT Project Manager who can own the execution of our enterprise technology agenda. Your days will be spent managing concurrent, high-stakes workstreams — Salesforce phases, Data Lake delivery, integration vendor accountability, and operational tool deployments. You'll run SteerCo presentations, track vendor SLAs, and keep everything moving on time and on budget. This is a hybrid-friendly role.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $130,000 base salary + bonus tied to delivery milestones + full benefits + PMI membership & PDU support + club access. We're committed to investing in our people.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead project delivery for Salesforce implementation, Azure Data Lake completion, Northstar integration milestones, and operational tool rollouts.
  • Own project plans, risk registers, RACI matrices, and status dashboards across all active IT initiatives.
  • Run SteerCo updates and executive-level project reporting.
  • Manage vendor accountability — including a hard December 2026 Northstar MOU deadline.
  • Coordinate between internal business teams and external vendors (CapTech, Salesforce, DocuSign, and more).
  • Build and maintain PMO standards, templates, and governance processes.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active PMP certification — this is a firm requirement.
  • 5+ years managing complex, multi-workstream IT projects.
  • SaaS implementation experience — Salesforce is a strong differentiator.
  • Strong vendor management and contract accountability experience.
  • Executive-level communication skills — you can make complex IT projects legible to business leaders.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

About Concert Golf Partners:

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-visibility IT PM role with real executive access and meaningful impact
