Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Falls Church, VA

Duration: Full-Time
Duties/Tasks:
  • The PMP candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
  • The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
  • The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
  • The ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is essential.

Experience
  • Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a PMP within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy)
  • Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
  • Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
Required Skills:
  • Tailored Training: Experience providing customized training resources to meet the specific needs of Sailors.
  • Skills Improvement: Ability to enhance the skills and readiness of Navy personnel through various educational opportunities.
