Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 1+ Year
Job Description:

Establish and manage detailed project plans and schedules for assigned projects.

Ensure project milestones and key tasks are accomplished, and overall timelines are met.

Proactively review and validate deployment project plans identifying risks, issues, and gaps that could impact project timelines and goals; develop corresponding mitigation plans in collaboration with their management and cross-functional teams.

Facilitate and recap project status meetings with key stakeholders on a regular basis

Report project status to key stakeholders.

Develop and present project status information in the form of briefings and project coordination meetings.

Maintain effective business and field communications and relationships

Coordinate the scheduling of deployments, and ensure deployment entrance criteria have been achieved.

Responsible for interdepartmental project coordination and communication - including National/Corporate and Division resources.

Manage project document repository.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience in Cable/Telecommunications industry preferred.

5 to 7+ years of experience working on complex, innovative projects

Demonstrated project management experience and expertise.

PMP Certification preferred.

Ability to balance competing priorities in a very dynamic/fast paced environment.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.

Planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required.

Effective meeting facilitation, planning, and management skills required.
