We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. Position Overview:

The Senior Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling group business at Crystal Springs Resort, focusing on both new and existing corporate clients, as well as planners who have not yet developed relationships with our sales team. This position involves a proactive approach to generating resort awareness, building long-term client relationships, and driving group business sales across our two properties—Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascade Lodge, with opportunities to sell Ballyowen & Black Bear as well! 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development & Outreach: Engage in direct phone solicitation, sales calls, networking events, and tradeshows to promote resort offerings and increase awareness among potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and potential new customers.
  • Revenue Generation: Sell and confirm group business, including overnight stays, ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded. Maximize the use of sleeping rooms and group booking potential.
  • Site Tours & Presentations: Conduct on-site tours and off-site appointments with planners and prospective clients, showcasing the resort’s offerings and capabilities.
  • Contract Negotiation & Documentation: Negotiate contracts that align with resort revenue objectives, ensuring all solicitation efforts and contract details are thoroughly documented.
  • Sales Goals & Reporting: Meet or exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team’s success by maintaining a proactive, results-driven approach to business development.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze market trends and customer intelligence to adapt sales strategies that align with client expectations and enhance satisfaction.
  • Action Plan Management: Responsible for developing quarterly strategic action plans to engage key demand generators within the market.
  • Sales Reporting Compliance: Ensure adherence to company sales reporting standards, utilizing Maestro Sales & Catering and other relevant systems.


Key Expectations:

  • Actively solicit new business and generate visibility through consistent outreach.
    • Minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and 8 outside sales calls per month
  • Ensure comprehensive sales strategies that promote Crystal Springs Resort effectively.
  • Negotiate competitive contracts while ensuring the best possible outcomes for both clients and the resort.
  • Foster and maintain a positive, results-oriented sales environment.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2–3 years in a corporate sales role.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in resorts, luxury hotels, or large hospitality groups.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts and corporate clients.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel to Crystal Springs Resort.
  • Ability to work a flexible 45-hour work week, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
