Position Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a proven leader to bring a sales-minded culture to The Plastics Clinic + Spa. Youโ€™ll be responsible for building a sales culture within our guest care and concierge teams, training, modeling, and holding the standard for how we guide guests from curiosity to commitment.

This is a coaching and leadership role as much as it is a sales role. Youโ€™ll work in a high-touch, patient-first environment where trust is everything. Your job is to show the team that great sales and great care arenโ€™t mutually exclusive. Guest care and sales experience are our non-negotiables. Everything else โ€” our treatments, protocols, and systems โ€” weโ€™ll train you on.

As the Guest Care & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for mastering all tasks outlined below while supporting a team of Guest Concierge & Patient Care Coordinators.



What You'll Own
Sales Culture & Team Development
  • Train, coach, and mentor our Guest Care Coordinators and Concierge Team to think and communicate like confident, consultative sales professionals.
  • Model the behaviors you expect; from how to open a conversation to how to handle objections and guide a guest to a decision.
  • Build a team that feels empowered to sell, not pressured.

Full-Cycle Sales Pipeline
  • Own the complete pipeline from first inquiry to booked procedure.
  • Oversee inbound calls, texts, DMs, and web leads and ensure every touchpoint reflects both our brand and a clear path to conversion.
  • Step in on consultations when needed to demonstrate best practices and set the standard for the team.

Sales Standards & Accountability
  • Establish the conversion frameworks, follow-up cadences, objection-handling scripts, and communication standards your team will live by.
  • Set clear KPIs like call-to-consult and consult-to-surgery conversion rates, response time, average case value, and hold the team accountable to hitting them consistently.

Operational Excellence
  • Maintain call routing protocols, response standards, and escalation procedures.
  • Support surgery scheduling, payment collection, and surgical paperwork processes with precision and discretion.
  • Keep the operation running smoothly so your team โ€” and your guests โ€” never miss a beat.

Data & Revenue Growth
  • Track conversion rates, no-show rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Use that data to identify coaching opportunities, refine team processes, and implement strategies that grow booked surgical revenue and average case value month over month.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • 2โ€“5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience coaching or leading others in a sales environment โ€” you know how to teach what you know
  • Consultative sales approach โ€” you build trust, listen well, and guide people to decisions without pressure
  • Comfort with CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills โ€” written, verbal, and on the phone
  • A warm, polished, professional presence that reflects our brand and the sensitivity of our environment
  • Adaptable and coachable โ€” youโ€™re confident in your sales skills and open to learning the clinical side

Bonus Points
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, medspa, dental, or luxury wellness. Familiarity with patient management software.
