  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across consumer marketing, editorial, creative, analytics, and other teams to support business priorities and campaign goals.
  • Test and evaluate audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and other campaign variables to identify opportunities for incremental growth.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and campaign documentation while helping communicate results, learnings, and next steps to key stakeholders.
  • Stay current on paid media trends, platform capabilities, measurement approaches, and emerging opportunities that can strengthen Hearst Magazines' acquisition strategy.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related area.
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, with an understanding of key performance metrics and acquisition economics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data to identify trends, diagnose performance, and recommend next steps.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A curious, test-and-learn mindset and enthusiasm for identifying new ways to improve marketing performance.
  • Experience with consumer subscription, membership, e-commerce, email acquisition, or other direct-to-consumer businesses is preferred.
  • This role is based in New York City and requires working in the office four days per week.

Benefits (What We Offer)

  • Work with the Best: Collaborate with top-tier professionals across media, advertising, tech, fashion, lifestyle, and publishing, shaping the future of these dynamic industries.
