The Platform Administrator Coop provides hands-on experience supporting enterprise cloud-based and SaaS analytics platforms. This role is designed for students in an academic coop program who are interested in cloud architecture, platform operations, and learning how modern data and AI platforms are supported in a real-world environment.


What You'll Do

  • Support operational administration of cloud and SaaS platforms (Power Bi, Reltio, Informatica)
  • Monitor platform health, jobs, and data refreshes
  • Learn to troubleshoot issues, investigate failures, and assist with root-cause analysis
  • Help manage user access, roles, and permissions
  • Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with BI, AI, Data Engineering, and Platform teams in an Agile environment

What You'll Learn
