What you’ll do
  • Develop, enable and monetize an expanding set and ecosystem of partners.
  • Work with our partners and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results
  • Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management.
The day-to-day
  • Help develop partner's high-level strategy, uncover partner's growth goals, adapt the relationship based on the partner's resource constraints, be responsive to partner's questions, be proactive in getting the partnership functioning, be the partner's advocate internally, join partner sales calls when required, provide sales training and on-going coaching, ensure partners are supported with product training and product support, send leads to partners where possible, support partners in their marketing campaigns, and build the ecosystem that supports the partners.
  • Build a clear and organized approach to partner identification, outreach, selection and relationship management
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
  • Build and cultivate positive relationships with key collaborators in Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations built on trust, transparency, and communication.
  • Create outbound strategies and the development of collateral to attract new partners
  • Proactively engage Partners and continually drive awareness of programs and solutions
  • Develop and track key performance initiatives for establishing success criteria and areas of improvement.
  • Establish Partner financial benefit criteria and track results.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management to optimize results from partner relationships
  • Develop, monitor and adjust the outbound strategy, ideal partner profiles and engagement tactics to continuously improve results
  • Perform regular (at least quarterly) partner reviews based on established goals.
  • Work with product support to develop standardized partner training and go-to-market materials with marketing
  • Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events
What you’ll need
  • 8 Years Previous working experience as an Outreach and/or Partnerships Manager or equivalent
  • Proven record of building successful partnership relationships that drive real results
  • Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization
  • Cyber Industry experience
  • Passionate about relationships, technology and business strategy
  • Clear communicator with an ability to encourage internal and external collaborators
  • Ability to successfully and efficiently manage a wide variety of relationships
  • History of driving revenue and in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization
  • Strategic and analytical problem solver who understands technology and business strategy
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to present and manage a wide variety of relationships
  • US Citizenship required
  • Must be able to travel 50 percent or higher when needed (domestically and internationally), location is flexible.

Salary range

$111,000.00 - $175,000.00 / annually.For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $138,000.00- $207,000.00/ annually
