About The Role
We are seeking a Manager, Connected TV (Paid) Marketing to support the growth of its international streaming business. This role will own paid marketing campaigns across Connected TV and OTT device partners, working closely with internal marketing teams and external platform partners to drive subscriber acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights.
The ideal candidate has a strong digital media marketing background with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and working directly with Connected TV or OTT platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee paid marketing campaigns with direct OTT partners from ideation through execution and post campaign analysis
- Develop media plans that drive subscriber acquisition and engagement across international markets
- Manage relationships with Connected TV and OTT platform partners
- Analyze campaign performance and partner reporting to provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor campaign pacing, optimize spend, and recommend budget reallocations to maximize performance
- Partner with Media Strategy, Analytics, Program Marketing, Creative, and Organic Marketing teams
- Develop creative briefs that align campaign objectives with marketing strategies
- Present campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders
- Identify new marketing opportunities across Connected TV devices and streaming platforms
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of streaming or digital subscription marketing experience
- Experience planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns
- Experience working with Connected TV or OTT partners such as Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Samsung, LG, Vizio, Hisense, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital media KPIs and customer acquisition metrics
- Experience managing media budgets and campaign optimization
- Ability to translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience using Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Media agency experience
- Experience supporting subscription, streaming, ecommerce, or digital consumer businesses
- Entertainment or media industry experience
- Experience supporting international marketing campaigns
- Additional language skills are a plus
Pay Rate
- $39.54 to $52.72 per hour
