Role Description

SixHorse Creative is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned client accounts and support day-to-day order activity. This role is responsible for processing orders, communicating with vendors and clients, ensuring timely delivery, and invoicing completed orders.

The Account Manager will also oversee orders placed through clients’ custom e-commerce sites, helping ensure a smooth and accurate experience from order placement through fulfillment.

This position offers meaningful challenges and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative environment where drive, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding expectations are essential. We will provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help ensure your success.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on team member who is willing to do what it takes to complete orders successfully. This may include assisting with boxing, sorting, organizing, and other order fulfillment tasks as needed.

We offer flexibility with scheduling; however, working hours must fall between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Process client orders from start to finish
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding order details, timelines, and updates
  • Monitor order status to help ensure timely delivery
  • Invoice completed orders
  • Manage orders placed through clients’ custom e-commerce sites
  • Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including boxing, sorting, and organizing, as needed
  • Provide excellent service while supporting internal team collaboration
