Mix Operator โ€“ Food Production (2nd Shift)

Torrance, CAย |ย $22.00/hr + $0.50 shift differentialย |ย 2nd Shift (1:00 PM start)

About the Role

Seekingย Mix Operators / Processing Techsย to join our food production team. This role is perfect for candidates with food manufacturing experience, especially inย mixing dry ingredientsย or working with ingredient mixing machines.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure dough meets quality standards
  • Weigh and add ingredients, record batch data, and maintain accurate logs
  • Transport raw materials and finished dough using FIFO and manual pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area (GMP compliance)
  • Report equipment issues or product deviations to supervisors
  • Support food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 2+ yearsย of food production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work in aย hot production environment
  • High School Diploma / GEDย or equivalent experience
  • Ability toย read, write, and speak Englishย (Spanish a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
  • Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible schedules as needed
