Location: 503 MORENCI AVE, MIO, MI, 48647 Starting at $65,000-$85,000 a yearSeeking Full-Time Area Supervisor (District Manager)Requirements:To meet restaurant goals, the Area Supervisor doesn't work alone. He or she leads a team of General Managers at 3-5 restaurants. This means helping the General Managers to set their restaurant goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Restaurants.

The Area Supervisor may also be responsible for hiring and developing General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future!To be successful, an Area Supervisor should be able to:Identify key business issues within individual restaurants affecting performance, influence decisions, align resources, take immediate action and hold others accountable.Drive outstanding reliability, product quality and financial performance for individual restaurants within an organization to drive consistent same store sales and transaction growth.The Area Supervisor accomplishes these objectives by actively engaging in the supporting and coaching GMs and other managers as needed on a day to day basis.Focus Areas include:Establishing and reviewing store specific guest satisfaction performance targetsImproving sales and customer satisfactionMaintaining company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications.Allocating limited budgets to meet highest priority needsReinforcing new products and initiativesRecruiting, training, developing and motivating General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Shift ManagersEvaluating for compliance around national brand promotionsVisiting restaurants frequently during all shifts including nights and weekendsComplete monthly cash and security auditsConduct meetings with General ManagerEnsure the restaurant managers uphold the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC)Ensure the restaurants meet or exceed operational goals through Labor, Sales, Profit, PACE, Food Cost, etc...Ensure the restaurants are following all operational and company policiesEnsure the restaurants pass all announced and unannounced company auditsEnsure the restaurants pass all Health Department and Ecosure food safety auditsDevelop your managers to perform at the highest levelsEnsure the highest levels of customer satisfactionExecute an operational planEnsure the restaurants are operating in the most effective and efficient mannerReview operational reports, analyze and develop an action plan to improve any areas that are not performing up to standards.Daily follow up on all action plans to ensure improvementsMust be able to multi-task and have great time management skillsOther duties and tasks assigned by the Director of Operations and OwnerMinimum Requirements:Graduate of McDonald's Corporation- Hamburger University / ROLP.OTP 2 or OTP 3 preferredExperience as a General Manager / Area Supervisor / District Manager / Multi-Unit Ops Manager of a Quick Service Restaurant for at least 2 yearsAbility to recruit, develop and retain General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers and Crew MembersRelationship management: ability to successfully influence and build trust with varying styles and personalitiesUnderstanding of restaurant operationsProven ability to drive results through coaching and establishing successful routines and enforcing brand standards.Strong P&L Management Strong verbal and written skills for communicationStrong Follow up skillsFriendly and OutgoingAbility to Problem SolveAbility to sit, stand, drive and travel for extended periods of timeQualified candidates should submit a resume.
