Job description

Posting Summary:

Mission Multiplier is looking for an IT/Cybersecurity Manager/Lead to support work for the U.S. Army. This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT and cybersecurity activities supporting government systems, networks, and mission requirements.
  • Identify and analyze cybersecurity requirements and develop secure system and network architectures.
  • Apply applicable cybersecurity controls, DoD policies, STIGs, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate systems, networks, and architectures to identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
  • Develop and recommend cybersecurity solutions, risk mitigation strategies, and system security improvements.
  • Support system security, configuration management, vulnerability management, testing, assessment, and authorization activities.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to IT and cybersecurity personnel.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity requirements and solutions with technical teams, program management, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and review cybersecurity documentation, technical requirements, assessments, plans, and reports.
  • Serve as a senior technical representative for IT and cybersecurity matters and ensure activities remain aligned with contractual and customer requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • B.S. degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, from an accredited university or college.
  • Must meet Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 8140.03, Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program, qualification requirements for one of the following DCWF work roles at the Advanced proficiency level: (1) 521 - Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support Specialist; (2) 652 - Security Architect; or (3) 462 - Control Systems Security Specialist.
  • Currently possesses, or has the ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.
