About the role:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager, you will, coordinate all CISO activities to support functional priorities, such as strategic plans, programs, and operational processes. The Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager will maximize the operation of the cybersecurity function concerning workflow, scheduling, staffing, budget, communications, and events with support of other cybersecurity managers and supervisors. Also, the Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager will manage the teams responsible for cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and vulnerability management.

You will report to the Chief Information Security Officer. This position is hybrid (3 days in office and 2 remote) located in Cranberry Township, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a principal aide to the CISO to coordinate activities to support cybersecurity priorities, to include the development responsibilities and organizational procedures to support functional and organizational goals.

  • Manage cybersecurity architecture, vulnerability and security engineering team to ensure their abilities to perform the responsibilities required to protect Westinghouse from vulnerabilities and to design and deploy security solutions.

  • Prepare detailed operating and financial reports to support functional and strategic issues.

  • Lead briefings, create presentations, and is responsible for responses to a variety of organizational and strategic issues.

  • Manage team ensuring accurate, and successful execution of goals and projects.

  • Provide operational guidance to the CISO and develop detailed work plans for completing tasks.

  • Be the first contact for the project managers on projects that are necessary to functional and strategic success and conducts project status with CISO and IT leadership team.

  • Counsel, coaches, and aids in the development of cybersecurity staff.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience of Information Security, Vulnerability and Incident management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in in IT, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

  • Professional certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, GPEN, OSCP, or other applicable information security credentials.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $144,000 to $180,000 per year.
