Overview:
Spirit Energy Services, LLC is expanding and looking for an experienced Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to lead sales, marketing, and team-building for our new industrial waste handling facility serving the Greater Pittsburgh, Weirton, and Akron-Canton areas.

This is a key leadership role responsible for launching and growing a new profit center offering comprehensive environmental services including:

  • Field services including specialty vacs, roll-offs, filter bin management
  • Industrial wastewater pretreatment
  • Oil recycling
  • Filter management and disposal
  • Drum/oily debris handling (non-hazardous)

Weโ€™re seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, specifically in industrial services, waste management, or environmental sectors.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Develop and lead sales and marketing strategy for a new regional facility
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities across multiple industries
