Candidate will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company. Experience and Skills Ideal Trainees should have: High level of motivation with hands-on management skills Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills Automotive experience helpful but not required Must be mechanically inclined Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen Willingness to work Saturdays PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS Exposure to inclement weather Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, or requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and or pulling of arm or leg controls, or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
