Training & Development Coordinator

Help Us Develop the People Who Care for Others

We believe that great care begins with great people. That's why we're looking for a Training & Development Coordinator who is passionate about helping employees learn, grow, and succeed.

This position plays a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating training programs, supporting compliance, and helping build a positive workplace culture across our residential and behavioral health programs.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding
  • Facilitate workforce training programs
  • Teach CPR and First Aid courses
  • Facilitate Crisis Intervention training and recertification
  • Facilitate Darkness to Light child abuse prevention training
  • Conduct documentation and compliance training
  • Track employee training and certification requirements
  • Maintain training records and compliance reports
  • Support competency evaluations and workforce development
  • Assist with leadership development initiatives
  • Promote a culture of learning, growth, and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Experience delivering training and facilitating groups
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, child welfare, education, or human services preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
