FTDH observes all Federal Holidays; 2026 will include 12 paid holidays. You will receive up to 56 hours of sick pay annually, beginning the first day of employment. In addition, FTDH has an unlimited vacation policy.

Four Tribes is in search of a Construction Quality Control Manager with a minimum of 3 years of QC experience on federal government construction projects with civil engineering backgrounds. Must be hands on, self-motivated, and ready to work.


Job Prerequisites

  • MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
  • Must be USACE QCM certified.
  • Ability to follow company standards.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and be able to pass a Government Security Check.
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Aptitude to build strong relations with customers.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management.
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and analyze documents.
  • Ability to write submittals, RFI's and work plans.
  • Monitor all materials to ensure items match submittals and be prepared to reject.
  • Inspect onsite activities of subcontractors and vendors
  • Have a complete understanding of scope of work, plans and specs.
  • Provides the three (3) phases of quality control
  • Provide daily QC reports to owner and FTDH personnel
  • Support Pre-Construction documentation
  • 3+ years USACE or NAVFAC QC Manager experience
