Description

We are seeking a PMO Project Manager to support a large, global healthcare organization within their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role will focus on enabling consistent, high‑quality IT delivery by supporting PMO tools, processes, and governance across a fast‑paced, global environment.

This is not a “build a PMO from scratch” role. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of project / PMO experience, with strong execution, coordination, and administrative rigor, and the ability to operate effectively within an established framework. Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) as a PMO or PPM tool is a significant plus, as the organization recently implemented ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Support the EPMO in driving consistent IT project and program delivery practices across a global portfolio

Manage and administer PMO processes, standards, and reporting to ensure quality, compliance, and transparency

Maintain and support the use of ServiceNow (SNOW) for project intake, tracking, reporting, and governance

Partner with project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders to ensure accurate project data, milestones, and status reporting

Prepare executive‑level dashboards, metrics, and portfolio reports

Support governance forums, including project reviews, intake processes, and stage‑gate reviews

Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices

Assist with continuous improvement of PMO processes, documentation, and workflows

Coordinate across global teams and time zones in a fast‑paced environment with a strong emphasis on quality and accountability
